The hotel's location was great for downtown exploration. i appreciated the clean, spacious room. the breakfast at the restaurant was good. The waiter was helpful.

i found affordable parking options were lacking with valet parking costing a lot.

The breakfast included a voucher system that allocated thirty dollars per day to spend. The food had a simple taste. seating and food preparation often took a while with waits of up to 30 minutes. the experience was still positive overall.

check-in was quick with early check-in available. staff were communicative about room availability. some front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. i requested extra washcloths but they never arrived the first time.

The hotel offers valet parking. It costs $59 per night. there is a parking garage across the street. It costs less. i appreciated the shops nearby and the short walk to the 16th street mall.

The room included minor wear and tear, but it was mostly quiet. the room included a suitcase stand for only one suitcase. the bathroom has a sliding barn door. There was an automatic night light that lit up the whole room.

The room had responsive climate control and fast adjustments. Water pressure was GOOD!!! A Target store and Walgreens are within WALKING distance.

The front desk employees didn't seem particularly focused on providing customer service.

i found the responsiveness of the climate control in the room quite excellent, a very welcome feature. water pressure was also good. the proximity to food and shopping, including a target and walgreens within walking distance, was convenient.

i observed that the hotel charges for valet parking automatically, even when it isn't used. This charge was on the bill sent via email on my departure day.
